SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for intake and/or placement of body fluids, particularly blood, comprises tube, which on its upper open end is tightly closed by cap, which is made with backflow stopper and has a dome-shaped nozzle retained by a needle holder of a cannula or a double cannula, and a membrane pierced by a cannula at its upper end. Retainer stopper in dome-shaped nozzle is provided with retention device provided in longitudinal hole under pierceable membrane.

EFFECT: retention device is provided with at least one flow opening closed by the backflow stopper after fluid intake in the direction of the tube inner space.
