FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to dairy industry. Method envisages production of curd by way of goat milk pasteurization with introduction of 40 ml of calcium chloride solution. Banana milling during 10–15 minutes till finely dispersed puree-like condition. One introduces portion corn low allergenic goat milk porridge with Fleur Alpine Organic prebiotics into resulting puree. Then one adds cottage cheese and filtered curd whey to the mass. Components are used as initial components and in the declared amount.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a product of functional purpose for children from 6 months with lactase deficiency, as well as enhance its nutritive and biological value.
