The curd paste contains goat's milk curd, goat's milk, sugar, flavour filler, calcium alginate, potassium citrate, vitamin C, vitamin D, guar gum and/or arabic gum and/or locust gum and/or xanthum gum and/or pectin and water. The curd paste may contain modified starch.
EFFECT: invention provides for enhancement of biological value of the paste due to goat's milk usage, improvement of consumption properties, shelf life extension due to a stabiliser usage, decreased costs, enrichment with food fibres, vitamins and mineral substances due to natural flavour fillers usage.
