FIELD: fodders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for preparation of carotene-calcium additive. Method involves production of a composite mixture based on a waste component of the processing industry and a moisture-averaging flour component, followed by moulding and drying. As the waste component of the processing industry is used insoluble soya-root residue obtained during production of soya milk, and as water-averting agent - chalk in flour form, taken in weight ratio - insoluble soya-root residue:chalk = 1:1. Obtained moulded-granulated mixture with diameter of 2–3 mm is dried with active ventilation.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a product with increased nutritive value.
