SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for producing a protein-calcium-tocopherol additive, involving preparation of a composition in the form of a molded-dried granulate based on a nitrogen-containing component and a raw material processing waste material, where nitrogen-containing component is represented by heat-treated full fat soya flour, and as a slime product – potato pulp in form of squeezed pulp produced during starch production, taken in weight ratio – flour : pulp = 1:0.5.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase nutritive antioxidant value of the ready product with no toxic properties.
