SUBSTANCE: punch contains a working rod with a working element with a cutting edge on the lower end and a zigzag-like plate with a hole in the middle part, into which the working rod is installed with possibility of rotation and axial movement relative to the plate. Working rod is composite, consisting of the upper part and the lower part. On the upper part of the working rod in the middle part a female coupling with an external surface is installed, which is made with possibility of the working rod axial movement relative to the coupling. Upper part of coupling is installed in hole of zigzag-like plate with possibility of coupling rotation together with working rod relative to plate. Lower part of working rod is made in form of working element with cutting edge interacting with upper part by means of threaded connection.

EFFECT: as a result, operational capabilities are expanded.
