SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid porous materials, particularly to carbon-mineral porous sorbent, and can be used in medicine as sorbents and carriers for biologically active substances, medicinal agents, in veterinary science and ecology. Carbon-mineral porous sorbent is aluminum oxide containing meso- and macropores, polydimethylsiloxane modified with a silicone polymer and single-walled carbon nanotubes in amount of 0.02–0.08 wt%.

EFFECT: sorbent is safe, has high sorption activity in relation to dye methylene blue and vitamin B12, chosen as markers of toxic agents of different molecular weight, and provides detoxification effect.
