FIELD: medicinal sorbents. SUBSTANCE: invention provides various-destination sorbent based on macroporous-structure meso-aluminum oxide and modifying components: up to 10 wt % lithium ions and up to 10 wt % polymethylsiloxane. The latter are uniformly spread over sorbent granule. Loose density of sorbent varies from 0.7 to 1.15 g/cu.cm depending on granulometric composition of original aluminum oxide and concentration of modifying components. EFFECT: increased mechanical strength and adsorption capacity for low-molecular toxins and, in addition, acquired psychotropic properties. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 9 ex
