SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology for producing compositions for various purposes, based on porous aluminium oxide. Proposed is a composition based on porous aluminium oxide with an organosilicon polymer - polydimethylsiloxane - in an amount of 0.4% wt. and an antioxidant - fucoxanthin - with a content of 0.074 to 0.22 mg/g of a sorbent, immobilised at room temperature on the surface thereof.

EFFECT: proposed composition can be used to correct the production of an intercellular interaction molecule and a vasodilator - nitric oxide - by human and/or animal cells in preventive and clinical medicine, in cosmetology, veterinary medicine.
