FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement and non-flatness (flatness deviation) determination of flat surfaces of various areas, in particular, multilayer composite panels, mainly with honeycomb filler and fine lining plates. Invention can be used in transport machine building and solar power engineering when producing light, strong structures, such as solar panels of spacecraft and stations, etc. Substance of this method consists in fact that panel is fixed on horizontal plate, which serves as base surface for installation of moving posts with horizontally aligned calibration ruler with measuring head and indicator. Prior to fixing on the horizontal plate on the multilayer composite panel, the control points are applied, then the adjustment is made at the initial point L0 of the measuring head, the subsequent movements of the posts are performed and the measuring head is installed in the measurement points and at the given points the readings are taken from the deviations from the readings at the initial point, then on the basis of the made measurements the mathematical model of the controlled surface is constructed, on which, further by means of computer simulation, n mathematical models of planes are arranged, arranged so that each plane is in contact with the mathematical model of the monitored surface outside the material portion of the multilayer composite panel, then from them selection of adjoining plane in relation to mathematical model of controlled surface so that distance from the most distant point of this surface, drawn along normal, to adjoining plane has the least value, and then calculating a non-flatness value relative to a mathematical model of the monitored surface.
EFFECT: high accuracy and optimization of determining non-flatness of the surface of multilayer composite cellular panels.
