SUBSTANCE: invention relates to samples preparation. Method for preparation of a sample for gas chromatographic determination of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls in a biomaterial involves sampling, grinding, subsequent extraction of organochloride compounds with n-hexane, purification from co-extractive substances with concentrated sulphuric acid and obtaining a concentrate of n-hexane extract of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls. Sample is taken from human organs and tissues, homogenised and the obtained homogenized sample is used in a size which enables single complete purification of concentrated sulphuric acid from co-extractive substances, greater omentum sample does not exceed 0.6 g, the gallbladder sample does not exceed 12.5 g, the lung sample does not exceed 38.5 g, the occipital lobe sample does not exceed 13.9 g, the frontal lobe sample does not exceed 15.6 g, whole brain sample does not exceed 16.4 g, cerebellum sample does not exceed 26.1 g, the medulla sample does not exceed 14.4 g, the gallbladder sample does not exceed 11.0 g, the paranephros sample does not exceed 0.8 g, the liver sample does not exceed 25.1 g, the subcutaneous fat layer does not exceed 0.7 g, sample of transverse musculature does not exceed 8.3 g, kidney sample does not exceed 5.6 g, spleen sample does not exceed 43.2 g, colon sample does not exceed 1.0 g, ovarian test sample does not exceed 75.1 g, obtained lipophilic extract dissolved in 20 cm3 of n-hexane with concentrated sulphuric acid of volume 10 cm3 is mixed on a laboratory shaker with frequency of 1 Hz.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the "output" of organochloride compounds in the concentrate of n-hexane extract.
