SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to compositions for oral care containing a zinc source, comprising zinc oxide and zinc citrate; a bivalent tin source comprising bivalent tin pyrophosphate; a fluoride ion source comprising sodium fluoride; and an organic buffer, as well as to methods of using and producing such compositions. Described is an oral care composition containing: a zinc source, comprising zinc oxide and zinc citrate, where zinc citrate is present in amount of 0.25 to 1 wt. %, and zinc oxide is present in amount of 0.75 to 1.25 wt. % in terms of total weight of composition; a bivalent tin source comprising bivalent tin pyrophosphate, where bivalent tin pyrophosphate is present in amount of 0.1 wt. % to 2 wt. % in terms of total weight of composition; a fluoride ion source comprising sodium fluoride; and an organic acid-based buffer, where the organic acid-based buffer is a citrate buffer, wherein the citric acid is in amount of 0.6 wt. %, and trisodium citrate is present in amount of 1.5 wt. %.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of compositions for oral care, providing the advantages of stable protection against microorganisms without significant negative effect on stability of the composition with antibacterial efficacy, which are also pleasant to taste and claimed by consumer.
