SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oral care. Oral care composition contains a basic amino acid in a free or salt form, where the amino acid is arginine present in amount of 1.5 wt. % in terms of total weight of composition, wherein weight of basic amino acid is calculated for free form; 1.0 wt. % zinc oxide and 0.5 wt. % in amount of zinc citrate in terms of total weight of composition; 750–7000 parts per million of fluoride source, wherein fluoride source contains bivalent tin fluoride; 5 wt. % fine particles of silicon in terms of total weight of composition.
EFFECT: invention provides a stable composition with an increased antibacterial effect.
