SUBSTANCE: communication method in a wireless communication system using competitive access for transmissions, duration of which is below a certain fraction of a certain duration of time comprises: selection (502) of a subframe of two or more resource control elements (420) for signaling control, wherein the subframe includes a plurality of symbol periods, and each symbol period includes a plurality of resource elements, wherein the selected two or more resource elements are parallel resource elements, included in one and the same symbol period, wherein two or more resource elements for signaling control are selected so that control signaling is transmitted in less than a certain fraction of a certain duration of time; and transmission (504) of resource allocation message to access terminal (120), wherein resource allocation message indicates that selected two or more resource elements are allocated for control signaling.

EFFECT: technical result consists in minimization of competition for communication medium, avoiding possibility of failure in access to communication medium.
