FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. V.cephalica is recovered and the J-conductor is delivered to the right atrium. That is followed by the contrast v.cephalica angiography to ascertain the nature of the individual anatomical features. Then v.cephalica is introduced with coronary conductor type RT2 to the inferior vena cava. Then JR catheter is introduced, J-conductor is delivered by catheter, and then a disruptive introducer is introduced along conductor for endocardial electrode (EE).

EFFECT: method enables reducing the time of EE, reducing operative field and thereby reducing the risk of purulent-septic complications, which makes the operation less dangerous and more effective.
