FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. According to angiography, visualize v.cephalica and determine the angle of confluence of v.cephalica in v.axillaris, depending on which the method of carrying out endocardial electrodes (EE) is determined, namely: if angle of confluence of v.cephalica in v.axillaris is acute, in this case EE is carried to the right heart by v.cephalica; if angle of confluence of v.cephalica in v.axillaris is direct – EE is carried to the right heart via v.cephalica, if it is not possible to conduct EE in the right heart through v.cephalica, then the puncture method is used: punctures v.subcalvia, a exploratory introducer is installed on the conductor through which the EE is performed in the right heart; if angle of confluence of v.cephalica in v.axillaris is obtuse – use the puncture method: punctures v.subcalvia, a exploratory introducer is installed on the conductor through which the EE is performed in the right heart; in the event that, according to angiography, v.cephalica is not visualized, EE is carried out in the right heart, using the puncture method: puncture v.subcalvia, a exploratory introducer is installed on the conductor through which the EE is conducted to the right heart.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of intraoperative complications in the implantation of pacemakers, as well as to shorten the duration of the surgical intervention.
