FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to induction of CD4+ T-cell differentiation into regulatory T-cell and proliferation of regulatory T-cell induced by differentiation, as well as applications of mesenchymal stem cell overexpressing ICOSL (ligand of induced T-cell co-stimulator). Method involves treatment of CD4+ T-cell in vitro with mesenchymal stem cell overexpressing ICOSL. Mesenchymal stem cell, overexpressing ICOSL is used for treating an inflammatory disease or autoimmune disease and inducing differentiation of CD4+ T-cells into a regulatory T-cell and proliferation of regulatory T-cell induced by differentiation.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of equipment.
