FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials production support control systems. System includes a product inventory tracking unit, comprising at least one processor having a memory and a communication line, as well as, at least one of such matrices as product minimum-maximum matrix and article vendor dependency matrix, products sensors network on production line, connected to product stocks tracking unit and configured to track in real time levels of stocks of multiple components, assembly units and units in product stocks, used for production line in production of object, device for detecting irregularities, connected with possibility of data transmission with network of products sensors on production line and made with possibility to detect normal and abnormal turnover of reserves and generating, based on said normal configuration and configuration with violations, a resource allocator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of detection of violations during production process.
