FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to methods and apparatus for classifying bulk materials and can be used in agricultural production for cleaning food and feed grains, fractioning and dividing grains by classes, as well as in food, chemical and other industries. Method of loose materials classification consists in their successive supply by layer on a row of inclined planes, movement of parts of pumped layer by air and separation of fractions after last plane. Material is fed to the first reflecting plane by a high-speed thin-layer flow, in order to create a volume-structural interface on the cascade of reflecting planes, between the reflected elastic and non-reflected inelastic particles, and air flow, which is supplied across fan of reflected particles, through space between adjacent planes towards sedimentary chamber. Separation of pre-cleaned material into fractions after the last cascade is performed by means of transverse blowing of pouring layer by autonomous, horizontal air flow. Method is implemented with the help of a device including a loading hopper, a batcher-feeder, inclined planes located under the cascade, pneumatic chambers and a receiver of the extracted fractions of the material. After feeder gravity accelerator is installed, forming high-speed thin-layer flow of material particles on reflecting plane installed at certain angle to horizon, next planes are installed with possibility of their independent movement in horizontal plane and adjustment of their inclination angle to horizon. Units for extraction of light and inelastic particles and their transportation into sedimentation chamber are made in the form of pneumatic chambers located between adjacent reflecting planes and side walls. Front wall is made in the form of louvre grating. Each pneumatic chamber with a pneumatic line with a shutter is connected to an independent fan, the other end of which is connected to a cyclone or a sedimentation chamber. Separation of pre-cleaned material into classes is performed by air flow, speed of which along the chamber length is controlled with shutters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, efficiency of cleaning and classification of loose materials by complex of physical and mechanical properties of particles.
