FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves, namely, rotary disc gates, and can be used in oil and gas, chemical, cryogenic, power and other industries to shut off flows of liquid and gaseous media. Rotary valve includes housing, disk with sealing seat surface, through hole of rotary valve with sealing seat surface, axis of rotation. Sealing mounting surfaces of the disc and the through hole of the rotary gate have a conical shape. On peripheral sections of the disk coaxially to the axis of rotation there are shaped holes through which passes the axis of rotation, with the possibility of movement inside the profile holes in perpendicular direction relative to the plane passing through the sealing mounting surface of the disc, to the structurally specified stroke. Disk also has inner central hole with front and rear walls parallel to plane passing through sealing mounting surface of disc, through which axis of rotation passes. On central part of rotation axis there is a pusher for interaction with front and rear walls of inner hole of disc at possible non-rotation of axis of rotation about its axis. On end surfaces of disc, perpendicular to axis of rotation, shaped grooves are made, having straight and arc-shaped sections, where in each shaped groove there are made on the body of the bolt rotary fixed keys with the possibility of movement within the sizes of shaped grooves. Sections of the axis of rotation in the points of exit from the disc are located in corresponding holes made in the body of the rotary bolt, with the possibility of performing the non-rotation movement around its axis. When the disc is turned to the opening from the closed position, the continuous sealing mounting surface of the disc is instantly detached from the continuous sealing seating surface of the through bore of the breech, as well as during closing there is instant contact of continuous sealing mounting surface of disc to continuous sealing mounting surface of through bore of rotary gate.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of wear of sealing seating surfaces, as well as providing mutual lapping of sealing seating surfaces of disc and through bore of rotary gate.
