FIELD: armature engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline fittings with a high class of tightness and is intended to work with flows of liquid and gaseous media, including at high pressure drops and low or elevated temperatures. The two-seat unloaded valve contains a body 1, nozzles 2, a first seat 3, a second seat 4, a shut-off element 5, longitudinal through channels 6 of pressure relief of a shut-off element 5, conditionally the first specific part 7 of a shut-off element 5, conditionally a second specific part 8 of a shut-off body 5, a spring-loaded cage 9, a sealing element 10, in a stuffing box or bellows design. The first specific part 7 of the shut-off element 5 interacts with the first seat 3. At the same time, the conditionally second specific part 8 of the shut-off element 5, through the spring-loaded separator 9, interacts with the second seat 4, creating a high class of tightness. The spring-loaded separator 9, due to the elastic deformation of the sealing element 10, during movement, within the compensation stroke, has the ability to independently self-center along the second seat 4.
EFFECT: optimized pipeline fitting design.
