FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: mechanical interface for a detachable endoscopic instrument for transmitting mechanical control actions through a detachable connection between the endoscope handle and the removable endoscopic nozzle comprises a mechanical interface leading portion, arranged on endoscope handle, and driven part of mechanical interface arranged on detachable nozzle of endoscope. At that the driving and driven parts of the mechanical interface comprise friction sections or surfaces, conjugated with each other in working condition of endoscope with possibility of transfer of rotary moment from mechanical part of mechanical interface to driven part of mechanical interface. Said friction sections or surfaces are made on handle and driven shafts of the handle and removable nozzle of endoscope arranged coaxially in working condition of endoscope. Method for transmitting mechanical control actions from a handle to detachable nozzle of endoscopic device, according to which said transmission is provided by means of mechanical interface containing interface leading part, arranged on endoscope handle, and driven part of interface, placed on detachable nozzle.
EFFECT: application of this group of inventions ensures reliable friction interaction of driving and driven friction surfaces between each other in operating condition of endoscope, as well as self-centered interconnected removable endoscope nozzle with endoscope handle.
