FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a controlled detachable distal nozzle for a medical endoscopic device for diagnostic and/or surgical manipulations, a control unit for a nozzle, a medical endoscopic instrument and a method of using a medical endoscopic instrument. Nozzle comprises a tubular part located at the distal section of the above nozzle. Tubular part comprises controlled section located at distal end of tubular part. Nozzle comprises a functional head located at the distal end of the controlled area. Nozzle has connecting part located on proximal portion of nozzle and made with possibility of nozzle joint with control unit of medical endoscopic instrument. Nozzle comprises a nozzle control module containing a control element that can turn the operator. Control module of the nozzle is connected to the tubular part and the connecting part and is configured to create control mechanical actions for control of the controlled section of the tubular part at rotation of the specified control element. Control unit of the nozzle comprises a receiving element configured to attach a controlled detachable distal nozzle. Medical endoscopy device comprises a control unit and a controlled detachable distal nozzle. Method for using a medical endoscopic instrument involves a step of attaching a nozzle to a control unit. Further, power is supplied to control unit. Thereafter, the controlled detachable distal nozzle is inserted into the patient's area of examination. That is followed by diagnostic and/or surgical manipulations determined by the view of the attached controlled detachable distal head piece.
EFFECT: technical result is transmission of control signal and quick replacement of nozzle.
