SUBSTANCE: disclosed is murine hybridoma YKL-40, clone 2G8 C10, collection number of GKPM-Obolensk H-90. Hybridoma is a producer of a monoclonal antibody specific for cytoplasmic human proteins YKL-39, YKL-40 and SI-CLP. Hybridoma-produced antibodies can potentially be used for diagnosing glioblastoma.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain antibodies specifically detecting YKL-39, YKL-40 and SI-CLP by immunoassay, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting and immunofluorescence.
