FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is described is mouse hybridoma P56, collection No. H-107 of the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms, being a producer of a monoclonal antibody detecting a core antigen of human proliferating PCNA cells by immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry technique, immunoblot analysis and immune-enzyme assay, produced by immunisation of Balb/c mice by human full-length recombinant PCNA protein expressed in E.coli, fused with six histidine residues in N-terminal end of the molecule, and by fusion of sensitised spleen lymphocytes of the immunised mice with P3X63-Ag8.653 mice myeloma cells by 50% polyethylene glycol with molecular weight 1450. The produced hybridoma secretes a monoclonal antibody (named "P56") specific to human PCNA protein with no regard to a tissue or linear cell origin.
EFFECT: invention allows detecting specifically a core antigen of human proliferating PCNA cells by the immune-enzyme method.
