MOUSE HYBRIDOMA SI-CLP, CLONE 3D4 - PRODUCER OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY POSSESSING SI-CLP PROTEIN SPECIFICITY Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2714685 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns mouse hybridoma SI-CLP, clone 3D4 – producer of monoclonal antibody recognizing protein SI-CLP by immunoassay, as well as in neoplastic cells of glioblastoma and in cells of other organs containing said antigens, by immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting and immunofluorescence, obtained by immunization Balb/c mice with a full-size recombinant human SI-CLP protein and fusing sensitized splenocytes of immunized mice with sp2/0 murine myeloma cells using 50 % polyethylene glycol solution with a molecular weight of 1,500.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining antibodies specifically detecting human SI-CLP by enzyme immunoassay, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting and immunofluorescence.
