FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to viscous products packaging equipment. Part of the longitudinally welded tube is filled from the film with a viscous product. Tube filled with viscous product is compressed by means of a pair of wring rollers. Pipe is fed while squeezing rollers are tightly pressed to pipe. Second and third heat seals are made. Pipe is cross-sectioned between and third heat seals. Squeegee rollers are removed from the tube from the film with supply of a portion of the viscous product towards the third seam until contact with it. Device for limiting flow to the top of the viscous product contains the first limiting roller, tightly pressed to the second limiting roller, and a flat tube between them. One of the limiting rollers has a reduced diameter section for passing the supply pipeline between the limiting rollers at that time, when limiting rollers are pressed to each other.
EFFECT: air pockets inside part of pipe from film are reduced.
