FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package for ready-made food products. The package comprises a tray where the food product is packaged, baked in a tray, and a lid thermo-welded with peripheral flange of the tray. At that the peripheral flange comprises two or more concentric ribs surrounding the tray, so that when closing the tray between the lid and the peripheral flange the tight connection is formed. The space between the two concentric ribs of the peripheral flange is divided by transverse ribs, at least into five compartments, to reduce the possibility of loss of sealing.
EFFECT: reduction of possibility of loss of sealing.
