FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a microwave plant for pre-planting treatment of vegetable crops, containing a vertically located quasi-stationary toroidal resonator of rectangular cross-section, in which in the capacitor part the distance between the walls is less than at the edges, and at least a quarter of the wavelength. Resonator is arranged as coaxially located non-ferromagnetic cylinders, lower bases of which form its capacitor part, and annular space between side walls of cylinders from above is closed by non-ferromagnetic surface. Inside the annular space there is a cylinder and an air outlet, as well as an annular electrogas-discharge lamp connected to a source of a chigen-frequency located on the side surface of the internal cylinder on the inner side at the level of the lower base. In the condenser part there is a dispenser with radial scrapers mounted on the electric motor shaft coaxially to the base of the outer cylinder, where there is an outlet hole in the form of a sector, which is connected to a below cutoff waveguide in the form of a triangular prism.

EFFECT: device provides higher quality of sowing qualities of vegetable crops.
