FIELD: technological equipment of meat industry enterprises.

SUBSTANCE: microwave plant with a quasi-stationary resonator for thermal treatment of milled fat-containing raw material in continuous mode comprises torus 1 with rectangular section and upper annular base 3 and capacitor part formed between base of central part of resonator 2 and lower perforated base 9, above which dielectric scraper 8 is installed. Non-ferromagnetic storage container 10 is connected to bottom perforated base 9. Out-of-limit waveguide 7 is installed at the level of capacitor part of resonator. In the central part of resonator 2 there is a non-ferromagnetic receiving container 4 in the form of a truncated cone so that its small base with diameter less than a quarter of the wave length is docked with the available hole on central base 5 of the capacitor part of the resonator. Formers of truncated cone 4 are in contact with circle of central part of resonator 2. A shutter is provided in the tank at this level. Magnetrons 6 are installed on outer lateral surface of toroid 1 with shift by 120 degrees along perimeter, radiators of which are directed to condenser part.

EFFECT: invention can be used for melting decontaminated fat from milled fat-containing material.
