SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a downhole cable processing tool for increasing the inner diameter of a well tubular metal structure in a well. Device comprises a rotating part comprising a processing tool having a first end portion, a second end portion, a fixed portion of the tool comprising a drive module, made with possibility of rotation of rotating part of tool and receiving power through cable. Processing tool comprises housing having outer surface and multiple inserts. Each insert has length along longitudinal axis. Inserts project from outer surface of housing and are distributed around circle. Processing tool has a channel passing into the second end part and through it.
EFFECT: enabling more effective elimination of narrowing in the well at lower power used.
