FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for hydraulic fracturing of underground formations. The insert of the fracture port of the hydraulic fracturing sleeve comprises an annular pad made detachable and consisting two parts, upper and lower ones with an external thread. A bursting disc, a protective disk with a central hole and a C-shaped locking element are installed between the pads by means of a threaded connection. A groove for a threaded connection is made in the upper part of the annular pad. In the lower part of the annular pad, on its upper and lower ends, annular grooves with sealing rings are made. The protective disc is placed over the top of the annular pad to form an internal grease chamber above the bursting disc. The C-shaped locking element is mounted on top of the protective disk. The bursting disc is made of calibrated sheet. The hydraulic fracturing sleeve consists of an elongated tubular body with an axial hole, threaded at both ends. Along the generatrix of the body, there are arranged in rows from one to four, four discontinuous ports in each row at an equal distance from one another along the circumference. The ports are made in the form of a cylindrical stepped hole. The first and second steps in the direction from the axial hole are made with an internal thread. The first stage is equipped with a protective annular cap with an external thread on the annular surface and a bottom with a central hole. The second stage is equipped with a fracture port insert with a split annular pad with a bursting disc.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the sleeve by ensuring the simultaneous rupture of all rupture discs of the inserts and the reliability of fixing the sleeve in the well after cementing.
