SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a pharmaceutical composition containing a CNP variant peptide selected from a group consisting of Met-CNP-37, Pro-CNP-37, Gly-CNP 37 (M32N), Pro-Gly-CNP-37, Met-Gly-CNP-37 and Gly-CNP-37; and citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, trehalose dihydrate, D-mannitol, L-methionine and polysorbate 80. Group of inventions also relates to a method of treating skeletal dysplasia in a subject, comprising a step of administering said composition to a subject; a method of increasing long bone growth in a subject, comprising the step of administering to said subject a composition; kit for treating skeletal dysplasia, increasing growth of long bones or for increasing growth rate, containing said composition in borosilicate glass vessel.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides stability and preservation of functional properties of peptides.
