SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic device, such as rotary crusher. Hydraulic rotary crushing device for construction machine comprises support structure, made with possibility of connection to movable handle of construction machine, pair of rotating drums comprising multiple teeth, pair of hydraulic engines, each of which is configured to move corresponding drum, and flow divider device. Flow divider device includes at least one inlet for receiving the supplied working fluid, provided by the construction machine, and a pair of outlets, each of which provides for supply of working fluid medium, appropriately separated, for a pair of hydraulic engines. Device of flow divider consists of rotating device of flow divider, and comprises at least two rotating elements, a pair of additional hydraulic motors. Rotating elements are coaxial, interact with possibility of joint rotation and are formed by corresponding output shaft of each of additional hydraulic engines. Output shafts of two engines are additionally connected to each other by means of connecting element, which provides their interaction with possibility of rotation. Supply of additional hydraulic motors is carried out with one and the same supply through lines connected to pipeline, which provides working fluid medium from construction machine. At that, said outlets are connected to pipelines to provide working fluid medium, appropriately separated, of each of hydraulic engines.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of torque sufficient to maintain rotation of drums.
