FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rotary lock comprises a body, a rotary disc, a sealing seat surface, which forms a throughput hole of the lock. The axis of the disc rotation is arranged at the angle to the plane of the disc and stretches via a centre of mass and the geometric centre of disc plane so that during rotation for opening from a closed position of the lock each point arranged on the periphery of the disc simultaneously tears off the continuous contour of the sealing seat surface. During closing all points arranged on the disc periphery are simultaneously pressed to the continuous contour of the sealing seat surface.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at minimisation of torque due to friction forces arising in sealing surfaces, and due to variation of a centre of mass and uneven distribution of an arm cantilever relative to the axis of the flow, in the entire range of disc rotation.
