FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device of trocar holder for use with trocar, separate from device, to maintain the trocar in a fixed position in the wall of the patient's body as the trocar passes through the wall of the patient's body, wherein the holder device comprises an annular expandable member for passing around the trocar, wherein the annular expandable member is movable when the opening moves from the folded state radially outward from the trocar to the unfolded state; annular thrust collar, made with possibility of arrangement on trocar and adjustment along longitudinal direction of trocar; and a releasable clamping element on the annular thrust collar for accommodating the annular thrust collar on the trocar. Annular expandable element when placed in a folded state is configured to be inserted through the incision in the body wall and opening, when introduced, for interaction with inner wall surface of body. Annular expandable element is made with possibility of opening by means of manually operated device, providing source of fluid medium, installed on annular thrust collar. Hand-held appliance comprises a pair of annular elements between which there is an element containing a fluid, wherein annular elements and an element containing a fluid, surrounding the central opening through which the trocar passes. Compression device for pressing one of the ring elements in axial direction to another annular element for displacement of fluid medium from element containing fluid medium. Disclosed are alternative versions of the trocar holder.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced to modification of trocar holder device.
