FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plug for testing with application of pressure to a pipe component, and more specifically for testing on pipe components, having at one end a threaded portion and a sealing surface. Pressure testing plug (10) provided for the pipe component, wherein the tubular component comprises a male threaded element (1) on free end (4), wherein male threaded element comprises female thread (2) and sealing surface (6), wherein plug comprises thread (16), compatible with male thread, inner annular groove (19) and sealing ring (20), retained in said slot so that sealing ring is compressed in radial direction between outer circumference of male threaded element and bottom (23) of said inner annular groove.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of testing both for threaded parts of high class without axial stop, and for thread parts of high class, axial stop of which is configured to leak.
