FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting-and-conveying machines for movement of suspended loads in vertical plane and can be used in automatic lines and robot-manipulators. Hinged lifting manipulator comprises articulated device installed on support post for moving suspended load connected with hinged suspension of hook. Hinge-lever device is made in form of three crank-and-rocker mechanisms connected to each other by means of lever mechanism in form of equilateral rhombus, in which three vertices of rhombus form multiple hinges with each of three crank-and-rocker mechanisms, and the fourth vertex of rhombus is made in the form of single hinge and is connected to hinged suspension of hook with suspended load.
EFFECT: enabling lifting or lowering of suspended load accurately on preset vertical, which excludes load swinging leading to emergency separation and drop of load, and also enables to reduce dynamic loads on manipulator units at accurate movement of transferred load along given straight line and to reduce power of drive motor, as well as to increase accuracy of docking of items assembled by robot and to reduce overturn moment created by load in manipulator.
