FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting-and-conveying machines for moving hinged-suspended loads in vertical plane and can be used in automatic lines and robot-manipulators, mainly for safe lifting and lowering of fragile, thin-walled and explosive cargoes. Load-lifting manipulator comprises hinged-and-lever device installed on support strut to move suspended load connected to hinged suspension of hook. Hinge-lever device is made in form of four-link hinge mechanisms installed one inside the other and spring-loaded. Links of one of hinge mechanisms are installed on support post, and links of other hinged mechanism are connected to support post by means of resilient element and rotary double-arm lever, interlocked with parallelogram mechanism with movable platform of receiving lowered suspended cargo installed on its rod.
EFFECT: higher safety of operation due to smooth lifting and lowering of suspended load accurately along vertical without its swinging and without rigid impacts of load at end of its lowering, as well as simplification of design, excluding free falling of suspended load from height at failure of manipulator drive.
