FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Incision of the posterior lip of the kidney corresponding to the longitudinal axis of the renal sinus is performed in lower segment 2 cm long. Posterior uretero-pyelocalicotomy is followed with removal of a concrement or concrements. Enlarged plastic of the intrarenal pelvis is performed. Neo-sternum is created starting with intubating drainage of silicone 10 on Ch. through the lower calyx in the pelvis and further into the upper one-third of the ureter. In this position intubating drainage is fixed to fibrous capsule of kidney with catgut ligature N4. Surgical wound of the ureter, pelvis and lower calyx on holders is removed transversely and in this position is closed with nodal adventitial-muscular sutures using monocryl N5/0.
EFFECT: method enables preventing recurrences of stone formation, promotes effective treatment of pyelonephritis, provides significant improvement of kidney function and preservation thereof, enables improving patient's quality of life.
