FIELD: safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to warning alarm systems and can be used by persons provided individual warning equipment (hereinafter system subscribers), for rapid warning specialized services (police, rescue service, etc.) of security threats of the system subscribers or their property. Technical result is achieved due to a self-contained call device which includes a self-contained power supply, controller with transmission button, an identification data former, transceiver connected via radio channel with a transceiver of the navigation communication terminal, which can transmit an alarm information message coming from the transceiver of the self-contained call device via standard telecommunication channels of mobile communication network.
EFFECT: technical result is boarder functional capabilities of the warning alarm system, ensured by the standard system "ERA GLONASS" functioning with subscribers, which are not directly related to automobile, at presence of simple individual warning alarm means.
