SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical multilayer product and its preparation. Medical multilayer product contains a layer containing nanofibrillar cellulose, having moisture content in range of 0–10 wt %, and gauze layer, wherein the nanofibrillar cellulose contains cellulose fibrils or fibril bundles with a median length in range of 1–50 mcm and a diameter in range of 2–500 nm. Product represents a bandage or patch. Method of producing a medical multilayer product comprises providing a filter, providing a dispersion containing nanofibrillar cellulose, providing gauze, applying dispersion on the filter, applying gauze to the dispersion and dehydrating the structure using a filter to produce a medical multilayer product.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a medical product having high mechanical strength, high tensile strength, especially in humid conditions.
