SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates, in general, to an air fryer, which contains: a food preparation chamber, a chamber for food product reception, made with the possibility of detachable placement in the food preparation chamber in such a way that an air channel is formed around the entire chamber for food product reception. The air fryer also contains a heater for heating of air in the food preparation chamber and a fan for provision of circulation of a hot air flow in the food preparation chamber through the air channel around the entire chamber for food product reception, the main case having a hole for provision of access to the food preparation chamber, either sideways or above. Moreover, the chamber for food product reception contains a closed volume, the chamber for food product reception contains a base, a cover of the reception chamber, and a sidewall, the main case forms a cover of the food preparation chamber for closing the specified hole, the cover of the reception chamber is made with the possibility of closing, when closing the cover of the food preparation chamber. In the specified chamber, it is possible to place and prepare products with a liquid content, while products do not dry as moisture is preserved inside the volume. In addition, a chamber for food products reception with a tunable configuration is disclosed, which can function as a basket or as a pot.
