FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of thermal connection of two elements from polymer material by induction welding, in particular to a heating element of ferromagnetic material, arrangement of welded elements, as well as a system for welding with such a heating element and a method for thermal connection of two said elements from a polymer material. Heating element (100) for thermal connection of two elements from polymer material (760, 770), in which, at connection, the first internal element (760) is at least partially enclosed by the second external element (770) and the heating element is located between the first internal element (760) and the second external element (770). Heating element includes a band-like structure containing a group of holes, and a layer changing the adhesion capacity, fixed or made on at least one of the surfaces of the band-like structure. Dimensions of holes are selected such that fused polymer material of first internal element (760) and/or second external element (770) penetrates through them and is connected to melted polymer material of other element (760, 770), and/or holes are filled with polymer material, which is connected to fused polymer material of first internal element (760) and/or second external element (770). Tape structure is made of ferromagnetic material heated by induction and having a Curie point below 460 °C.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of induction welding process to produce good welded joints.
