FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Described is a method of producing a new DNA-aptamer to EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor, receptor of epidermal growth factor) and its mutant form EGFR vIII binding to an extracellular domain of proteins. Invention describes an aptamer deoxyribeoligonucleotide specifically binding to EGFR and EGFR vIII and characterized by a nucleotide sequence of general formula 5'-CGACGCACCATTTGTTTAATATGTTTTTTA ATTCCCCTTGTGGTGCGTCG-3'.
EFFECT: developed aptamer has improved affinity for the human EGFR protein and its mutant form EGFR vIII.
