FIELD: biochemistry, biophysics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves binding a signal-transferring aptamer that represents a nucleic acid comprising a fluorescent dye with a ligand. Then enhancing intensity of fluorescent radiation of fluorescent dye that transfers the aptamer signal is recorded. Using the proposed method for transformation of conformation alteration of signal-transferring aptamer to fluorescent signal provides detecting cognate ligands in solution. Invention can be used for detection of substances.
EFFECT: valuable properties and features of aptamers.
