SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an information processing device, a communication system and a method of processing information for communication via wireless communication. Result is achieved by the fact that information processing device comprises control unit, performing control to transmit frame for requesting permission to transmit data to information processing device, which is data recipient, and for requirements to information processing devices, different from data processing device, which is data recipient, set transfer prohibition time interval, this frame is transmitted with transmission power level, determined based on information on the state of the environment around the information processing device transmitting said frame. Transmission of said frame allows setting the transmission prohibition time interval in the corresponding range for information processing devices.

EFFECT: high efficiency of using communication resources owing to suitable setting of transmission prohibition time interval.
