FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to pipe threaded connection and method of its production. Pipe threaded connection contains nipple and coupling, each of which contains contact surface with threaded section and non-threaded metal contact section. Said contact surface or contact surfaces by means of jet treatment provide roughness of surface having average arithmetic roughness Ra in range from 1 to 8 mcm and maximum roughness Rz in height in range from 10 to 40 mcm. On the contact surface or the contact surfaces of the nipple and the coupling, the pipe threaded connection contains a Zn-Ni alloy coating layer obtained by galvanizing and a coating layer made from Cu-Sn-Zn alloy, and layer of solid lubricating coating arranged on layer of Cu-Sn-Zn alloy.
EFFECT: corrosion-resistant tubular threaded joint is provided, which has improved resistance to displacement and high resistance to torque.
