FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to threaded joints for steel pipes. Threaded joint contains nipple and coupling which have threaded and non-threaded part for metal surfaces contact respectively. The threaded joint has the first deposited layer of Sn-Bi alloy or Sn-Bi-Cu alloy formed on contact surface of at least one nipple and coupling. The threaded joint may have the second deposited layer formed via pretinning, coppering or nickel-plating at down side of the first deposited layer and at least one layer of lubrication coating and extra hard lubrication coating at upper side of the first deposited layer.
EFFECT: providing enough leakage resistance and sliding strength when used for spinning-up of oil-grade pipes.
