FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), in which A is C-OH or N; R' is hydrogen or alkyl(C1-8); and each of X and Y independently represents halogen, fluoroalkoxy(C1-2), alkyl(C1-2) or fluoroalkyl(C1-2) provided that X and Y are not simultaneously alkyl(C1-2); or to a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of formula (I) for mediating pathological processes of angiogenesis and fibrosis.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining new compounds and pharmaceutical composition based thereon, which can be used in medicine for treating such diseases as fibrosis of the lungs, liver, kidneys, myocardium and pancreas, scleroderma, cicatrisation, cancer, autoimmune diseases and infection.
